The city's IT and Youth Services teams worked with STEM provider TinkRworks on the after-school program. Students in grades 1 to 3 learn how to code light and sound into art pieces in the Art Alive path. The Roverbot path teaches students in grades 4 to 6 about motors, computers, and programming. Each cohort enrolls up to 10 students in four courses that build on STEM knowledge learned in the classroom. The city estimated the program can teach 750 students per year.
