The Mayor of Baltimore launched the CleanStat dashboard as part of an initiative within the "Clean It Up! Campaign". This dashboard holds repeat sanitation offenders accountable by publicly posting the top 10 local businesses most cited for illegal dumping each year.

On Wednesday, the City released its top 10 list of most cited perpetrators of illegal dumping, hoping to deter others from joining the list. The list includes single-family homes, commercial properties and businesses, but when Fox45 started looking into the properties, we found that one of the biggest offenders shouldn't even be on the list.
