Barcelona, CT sound meters to analyze noise pollution

The city of Barcelona installed sound level meters to analyze reportedly acoustically stressed areas at night. The sound level meters detect whether these areas exceed the permitted noise limits by at least 3 decibels. The city will adapt noise pollution reduction plans based on these findings.
