In Progress
The City of Brantford partnered with the Homes for Good program to create the Marlene Avenue Affordable Housing Development. The development features 30 emergency housing units available for vulnerable residents but it also offers the unique addition of tenant support services. A non-profit organization, Wesley, has a permanent office in the development in order to provide services to tenants including mental health counseling and life skills training.
