The City of Brantford partnered with the Brant Skills Centre and St. Leonard's Community Services to launch the Homeward Bound program. The Homeward Bound program was designed to improve economic and social outcomes for low-income single mothers. The program helps participants develop essential skills, progress academically, and transition to sustainable employment.
