Breckland Council launched the £2 million "Spring Back" grant programme to help local businesses recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. The programme includes a Shop Front Improvement Scheme, Covid Safe Grants, a streamlined pavement license application process, a local shopping campaign, and the installation of hand sanitizing stations in public spaces. The suite of support was informed by feedback from over 500 Breckland businesses.
