El Centro, CA launches El Centro Connect app for resident service requests
Residents report street, water, trash and code issues
The City of El Centro has launched El Centro Connect, a mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play that lets residents submit service requests about streets, water and sewer services, storm drains, trash and code enforcement. The city says the app gives staff a centralized system for receiving, tracking and managing requests. An online portal is also available through the 'Fix It' option on the city's website.
