A Historic Conditions section evaluates how redlined neighborhoods have fared economically since the 1930s. The Current Conditions tab highlights service gaps with filters for fire, parks, library, and senior center facilities. Equity and Economic Conditions tabs use low-to-high needs scales to understand how El Paso can use capital projects to address racial and economic inequities.
