Essex County Council and the Salvation Army converted a double-decker bus into a mobile community market. Residents pay £5 annual fees for access to discounted food, household essentials, and other items on the first level. Product prices range from 10 pence to a maximum of £3. The second level houses a job readiness service, mobile banking, and a wellbeing coach. The initial schedule for Stuff on the Bus includes five stops across two days.
