Hitachi's 360Pass app supports seamless travel across public and private transit options in Genoa. Bluetooth sensors in registered vehicles track app users from pick-ups to their final destinations. This system automatically calculates the most efficient routes and the least expensive fares for each user's journey. Municipal officials monitor and adjust real-time transit operations with a digital twin built with the Lumada Intelligent Mobility Management software suite.
