The council conducted a one-month survey of businesses early in the pandemic. This survey evaluated resiliency and gathered suggestions for targeted services. Free workshops like the farm budgeting masterclass and an eight-week remote work course resulted from this engagement. ReBoot Hay also sells Love Hay gift cards at the council's visitor center that are redeemable at 60 locally owned businesses.
