Leeds City Council, GB Low Traffic Neighbourhood pilots

In Progress

Leeds City Council is conducting Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN) pilots on residential streets near main roads to make these areas more child, pedestrian, and cycle friendly. The LTNs are designed to improve road safety, increase air quality, promote micro-mobility, and encourage children to play outside. The range of measures being implemented at the LTNs include bollards, speed humps, double yellow lines, cycle parking, reduced speed limits, etc.
