Lelystad, FL trains unemployed residents for job vacancies
In Progress
Werkbedrijf Lelystad partnered with TNO Arbeid, the Windesheim University of Applied Sciences, and local employers to develop the "New Jobs Methodology" program. The program replaces the supply-oriented approach for employment with a demand-oriented approach. The program targets clients who are unemployed and determines which skills they should be taught to become candidates for current job vacancies.
