Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, GB Youth Pilot

The six-month pilot brings personal and professional goals within reach for residents aged 11 to 25. The Youth Service Team identifies candidates who left formal education during the pandemic and provides pathways to qualifications. A partnership with Careers Wales results in customized job training and opportunities for participants. Trained peer counseling and enhanced services from the Wellbeing Team address common obstacles for young residents.
