The Landing Pad is a business innovation center based at the university's I2N Hub. City and university officials opened the center to increase business relocations from bigger cities worldwide. New tenants receive three months of free access when applying prior to June 2023. Participating entrepreneurs can access a maker space, shared desk passes, and free software. The center also hosts networking events and connects innovators to mentors through a dedicated service.
