The Ogdensburg City Council unanimously approved the use of American Rescue Plan Act funds to launch the Individual Assistance Program to improve housing. The program will grant property owners up to $5,000 per project for exterior or interior improvements to homes within city limits. Homeowners can apply though the municipal website and funding will be granted based on total household income from 2020 or 2021.
