Philadelphia, PA Smart Technology Commercial Loading Pilot

In Progress

Twenty-one locations east of South Broad Street are designated as Smart Loading Zones for the six-month pilot. Delivery drivers locate available zones using the Pebble Drive mobile app. The app is used for zone reservations and navigation assistance. There is a $3 hourly rate for Smart Loading Zone use paid through Pebble Drive. The SmartCityPHL team will measure how the pilot impacts parking enforcement, traffic times, and commercial deliveries.
