Roanoke County, VA survey results Broadband Initiative Map
Roanoke County Broadband Authority launched its High-Speed Internet Survey to identify areas which do not meet the FCC's minimum broadband speed standards. The survey received 2,608 responses and 32% of respondents indicated that their household resided in an unserved or under-served area in terms of high-speed internet access. The County’s Communication and Information Technology staff used the survey data to plot the Broadband Initiative Map informing broadband expansions.
