Sunshine Coast, QLD Design Portal Playbook Common Design
Planning officials engaged with local residents and businesses to define the council's long-term design goals. The Sunshine Coast Design portal offers tools and resources to achieve 10 design principles. These principles range from working with the local climate to resilient placemaking. Council officials also published a 150-photo book titled Sunshine Coast Design available to local developers and renovators.
