PDSD staff presented a proposed commercial parking code amendment at a Planning Commission public hearing on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. The code amendment would require EV charging as part of new commercial parking lots, and expand eligibility for the Individual Parking Plan to restaurants and bars as well as affordable housing.
