The Municipality of Uppsala's Planning and Building Committee created a new digital service for residents looking to build on their property. Users can simply enter their address and immediately receive the detailed plan that applies to their property. The detailed plan contains rules that determine what may be built and how this may be done in a certain area. There are currently 1,364 current detailed plans published on the Uppsala municipality's website dating all the way back to 1880.
