As part of the trial, the Council distributed two survey to the public to evaluate their level of support. Over 7,000 residents completed the surveys and the majority supported the scheme. As a result, the Council intends to continue the micro-mobility trial with some adjustments including more dedicated parking spaces for e-scooters to avoid disruptions to pedestrian walkways.
