Wellington Regional Council, NZ transportation workshop

Complete

Wellington Regional Council and NZBus hosted a transportation safety workshop for bus drivers and cyclists. During the workshop, bus drivers were taught how to cycle next to large vehicles while cyclists were shown the blind-spots in bus mirrors. The workshop was designed to improve road safety by educating bus drivers and cyclists of potential dangers from a new perspective. Additionally, the Council wanted to encourage residents to utilize public and micro-mobility transportation options.
