West Midlands Combined Authority, GB Include Me Pilot

In Progress

The seven-week pilot tests a transit planning system developed with Neatebox and You.Smart.Thing. Volunteer riders inform participating transit operators and leisure facilities about their accessibility needs with a mobile app. Message recipients track estimated arrival times in the app as they fulfill patron requests. West Midlands Combined Authority covers transit expenses for up to four trips per volunteer and sends gift vouchers for completed surveys about user experiences.
