Wien, WIE digital passenger wayfinding system

Complete

The city of Wien's public transit network, Wiener Linien, partnered with Siemens Mobility to develop "Fahrgastinfo Plus" a new digital passenger information and wayfinding system. The system displays dynamic visual information for passengers via screens above all vehicle doors inside the X-Wagen train. The screens display a digital network plan which includes the train's current location, the respective direction of travel, the next stop, and important transfer options.
