A network of 12 Corona Kindness hubs assigned volunteers to help local residents with shopping needs and wellness check-ins. Each hub featured a point person who managed service requests from the council's COVID-19 hotline. The Blackpool Essentials Delivery Service created in partnership with Royal Hotels worked with hubs to complete basic item deliveries to households.
