The Bregenz City Council is partnering with the Germany company TIER to launch an e-scooter rental program. Residents can download the TIER mobile app and use the integrated QR code to activate any of the 150 local e-scooters for 1 euro and 27 cents per minute. The Council has designated over 70 e-scooter parking spaces located every 300 meters across the city for riders.
