The on-demand program and the recent addition of a trackless trolley expand transit services beyond existing users. City residents can request free shuttle rides Monday through Saturday during the one-year pilot. Trips can take place within city limits, from OH-159 to OH-207, or from OH-104 to the VA Hospital. Commuters request pickups on the day of travel or ahead of time by phone or online portal.
