Christchurch City Council, NZ Imagery Aerospace Challenge

Students, researchers, and businesses suggested improvements to the city's aerial mapping technology. Applications were reviewed for their impacts on the cost, speed, quality, and sustainability of imaging processes. Four finalists received $10,000 NZ grants and mentoring as they developed prototypes for public demonstration. Judges from the city and ChristchurchNZ will select the winner of a $30,000 NZ contract.
