The council purchased three different styles of e-cargo bikes in an effort to reduce vehicle emissions from short-range trips. Parks staffers have used a bike rather than a van to haul tools and clear litter at Lister Park. Two e-cargo bikes are available for free short-term rentals by local businesses. Council leaders engaged companies in this fleet testing program to showcase the economic and environmental benefits of e-cargo bikes.
