Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown, IE BleeperBike Bikesharing Pilot
The council approved a pilot from July 2020 through September 2020. BleeperBike supplied 25 bikes within an operating area that included Booterstown, Blackrock, and Forty Foot. Visitors to coastal destinations in the pilot area used the BleeperBike app to unlock and return bikes. Each ride cost €1.00 per hour or €12.50 per month. The company reported monthly bike usage and service issues to the council.

Council scheme aims to get businesses on their bikes
Businesses in the Dún Laoghaire area of Dublin are being offered subsidised e-Cargo bikes for making deliveries.
Project Succeeded
Council officials and BleeperBike built off the success of this pilot with an e-cargo bike rental program for local businesses.
