In Progress

Ruapehu District Council is partnering with local water contractor Veolia to develop a leak reduction program. The Council is offering $200 of plumbing work to fix small leaks for households and businesses as part of a campaign targeting the unusually high water loss from Ohakune's reticulated drinking water network. The total budget for the plumbing offer is capped at $20,000 or 100 jobs on a first-come, first-served basis.
