Tilburg, NB Zorgvlied Good Driving Rewards Pilot

The city donates € 0.05 per motorist who passes the Zouavenlaan speedometer at or below the posted limit of 30 kilometers per hour. Commuters see the deposited total and thumbs-ups to recognize safe driving. The nearby Kindcentrum Christoffel receives donated funds and benefits from safer roadways for local families. This three-week initiative is part of a city-state collaboration to eliminate road fatalities through positive reinforcement.
