In Progress

Upper Hutt City Council launched the "Talk Digital" service at a local library to help residents navigate websites and online services. The Council's Welfare Response Team developed this service in response to residents struggling with online services during the COVID-19 lockdowns. Residents can attend these casual drop-in sessions to boost their knowledge about digital devices and achieve digital literacy.
