Warren County, MS live-stream in real-time 911 dispatchers
Warren County is the first in Mississippi to use 911eye technology to assist first responders during emergency situations. When an individual calls 911 from a smartphone, they have the option to live-stream in real-time with dispatchers. The footage of the scene is shared with first responders and then stored in a cloud-based system. The footage is admissible in court but is not accessible by the caller. The 911eye technology system will cost the County approximately $7,200 per year.
