The City of Zoetermeer partnered with Energieloket Zoetermeer to launch an LED promotional campaign to encourage homeowners to make their homes more energy-efficient. Every local homeowners received a letter explaining the benefits of switching to LED bulbs including lower electricity bills and reduced carbon emissions. Each letter also contained a voucher for €65 that could be used to purchase LED bulbs from local stores.
