Birmingham City Council launched the Discretionary Business Grants Fund to support local businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible businesses must have fewer than 50 employees, ongoing building-related costs, been trading in March, and suffered a significant loss of income due to the coronavirus. Grant amounts will go up to £25,000 depending on commercial fixed costs, the size of the business and its turnover. Businesses have until June 14th to apply on the Council's website.
