Central Coast, NSW Love Food Hate Waste Education Campaign

This program seeks reductions in 30% of landfill waste comprised of food waste. Central Coast residents use an online form to request free kits with spaghetti portioners, meal planner magnets, and recipes. Council officials ask participants to fill out intake and exit surveys during their one-month experiences with waste reduction. Food-related businesses can ask for Your Business is Food kits with portion plates and food labels for staff members.
