City of Tshwane, GP developed e-Tshwane online city services

The City of Tshwane developed e-Tshwane a secure free online service that allows residents and local businesses to interact with officials and access services electronically. Registered users can upload meter readings, pay traffic fines, submit questions, apply for services, view bank statements, and make payments for accounts from home. This project was designed to make interactions with the City simpler and more efficient as part of a larger strategy to improve customer service in Tshwane.
