Cleveland County, OK inmate heart monitoring devices
Cleveland County commissioners approved a $36,000 annual contract with the technology company 4Sight Labs to implement an updated detainee monitoring system. The new system will equip county jail detainees with "Custody Protect" devices to monitor their heart rate variabilities and motions. These real-time monitoring devices will be distributed by the state's medical services provider Turn Key to help prevent accidental deaths during incarceration.
