Dublin City Council launched a COVID-19 community support helpline to provide non-emergency and non-medical support during the pandemic. The helpline was established by the COVID-19 Dublin City Council Community Response Forum to help vulnerable residents access deliveries for food, medicine, or fuel and social support. The service is reachable from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week and any conversations are kept confidential. The Council distributed brochures for the service throughout the community.
