The Greater London Authority partnered with the London Office of Technology and Innovation and the Office for National Statistics to launch a data science skills bootcamp. The pilot programme was created to help local government officers use data to gain a better understanding of the city, underpin policy, and design more effective services. The 12-week programme combines structured training with project-based mentoring to help 15 officers develop coding and analysis skills for data matching.
