The Municipality of Heerlen is collaborating with Visit Zuid-Limburg and Heerlen Mijn Stad to create welcome packages for new residents. After residents register they receive a confirmation of their relocation declaration which can be used to collect the welcome package at the Visit Zuid-Limburg center. Every new resident receives a welcome letter from the mayor, a set Heerlen Mijn Stad postcards designed by a local artist, a signpost from Visit Zuid-Limburg, and information about Heerlen.

Welkomstpakketten voor nieuwe inwoners van Heerlen

Om nieuwe inwoners van onze stad welkom te heten, ligt er vanaf vandaag een welkomstpakket klaar voor iedereen die hiernaartoe verhuist vanuit een andere plaats. Het welkomstpakket is tot stand gekomen in samenwerking met Visit Zuid-Limburg en Heerlen Mijn Stad. Burgemeester Roel Wever heeft vandaag de eerste welkomstpakketten uitgereikt.
