The City of Hurst developed the "Where We Live" mobile app as a civic engagement platform. Initially the app was designed to allow residents to report city issues and track these service requests. However, the city constantly improves the app based on feedback from residents including adding new features. Users can now pay their water bills or traffic tickets, view pet adoption listings, discover local businesses, etc.
