Jacksonville, FL Dockless Mobility Northbank Pilot

Complete

Blue Duck, Helbiz, LINK, and SPIN each operated up to 250 e-scooters and e-bikes in the initial rollout. The city allowed an additional 250 units for each operator as the one-year pilot progressed. Thirty-five geofenced corrals throughout the downtown area were used for rider pick-ups and drop-offs around the clock. Rides that took place outside of the pilot area lead to penalties of $1 per five minutes of operation.
