Kiama, NSW visualizes Town Centre Development Plan proposals with 3D modeling

Kiama, NSW Town Centre Development Plan 3D Visualize

Complete

Planning officials developed a 3D model of height changes during its Town Centre Development Control Plan review. The council proposes raising the 11-meter height limit on Town Centre buildings for three development areas. The interactive model presents areas with potential height increases as transparent boxes and other buildings as white boxes. Kiama requires 3D model submissions for all future Development Applications in the Town Centre, thus visualizing changes for the public.
