Council staffers created maps of resident journeys through public services before designing Gateway initiatives. A year-round support center for rough sleepers provides same-day evaluations and individualized housing assistance. The Food Club coordinates food aid, cooking courses, and financial literacy education from 30 organizations. All About Me connected residents with learning disabilities to retail qualifications.
Project Succeeded
Gateway programs assisted 12,881 residents with financial advice and 171 residents with employment opportunities in their first nine months.
