Borough officials developed a pilot of consolidated services often spread across multiple towns and cities. The ICN+ pilot assembled doctors, specialists, and community groups in a single Thornton Heath hub. These practitioners work together to address resident issues that go beyond singular diagnoses and social issues. Two additional hubs and six regional teams will expand ICN+ to the entire borough by the end of 2021.

The Thornton Heath ICN+ hub served 600 residents in its first year including 300 with issues directly related to COVID-19.
