An eight-member information team consulted with more than 1,000 shops on features like social-distancing stickers and QR codes. Visitors to Purley and South Norwood use the locally developed PalaceApp for shop deals and events. Croydon added banners and other signage throughout the borough to encourage continued vigilance against COVID-19.
