London Borough of Lambeth collaborated with Public Health England to launch a local COVID-19 Contact Tracing Service. The Lambeth service calls residents who have tested positive for COVID-19 and notifies them that they must self-isolate to stop the spread of the virus. The service also collects close contact details from residents and refers them back to the National Test and Trace System. The Council developed this local service to find cases missed by the NHS Test and Trace System.
